I'll go out on a limb and say that, based on all of the lettering (not just the numbers), almost all of them look hand lettered. By that I mean that the 'sign guy(s)' made the numbers out of their heads. This is most evident on the 86, 33, 58 & 96 where it looks as though they were laid out by someone with a ruler / yardstick. The 11 looks like a variation on any number of serifed fonts. The 75 looks it was modified from two different typefaces (that is what fonts were called back in the typesetting days) but that doesn't mean that that's what they started with. They could have just been looking at examples in a typeface book (I still have some of those because, well, 'you just never know').
The thing that people need to remember is that before the advent of the personal computer, digital fonts did not exist. Type for printing was made from either wood or metal and in the case of a Linotype machine (touted as being the machine with the most moving parts ever) the type was cast from lead right in the machine itself. Digital prints / cut vinyl (unless it was hand cut) were unknown. Race cars were almost entirely lettered by hand and as such, typestyle variations were rampant and standardization was almost unheard of.
If I were you, I'd either settle for a font that is 'close' or duplicate the numbers you want by hand. "The 'Pen Tool' is your friend" is an often quoted axiom that is all too accurate.
