its not that hard to do yourself, just take the magic wand tool and click in the blue area then cut it... the blue will become transparent and you can pop it right on your car...

I know how to do that but there is way too much color variation in the blue.

you hould still be able to adjust the tolerance... might take a lil guess and check work...
