Ervin Pruitt was the owner of the 57 team, but he only ran 9 Grand National races in his life, 5 in 1968, and 4 in 1969. All in his own #57 Dodges. He didn't do too bad in 1969, finishing 23rd, 11th, 19, and 10th. It makes you wonder why he didn't stay behind the wheel, because he did just as good, if not better, than the journeyman drivers he hired to drive his cars. Maybe because his cars were so unreliable?

All of my 1969 cars are skilled to run a full season, and contain pitcrews.
