Title: NWS13_cts mod availability

Does anyone know if the NWS13_cts mod is still available?  Also, Where I can find it?

There's -> This one at SimRacing.us (http://simracing.us/portfolio/nns13-nationwide-mod/) <- but it doesn't say what the physics are (I think that they are GNS but I can't be positive).

And there's one at -> Outlaw Garfxs (http://outlawgamerz.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=3060) <- Again, it doesn't specify the physics. And be aware that you have to be registered and logged in to download it.

There's also a physics changer floating around out there. It's not all that hard to do.

Confirmed, they are GNS.
