hi so today download than run happend "huh?! :o" body dark can't see why that N4/N2002 but not here Nr2003  show pic dark need light?!

In Sandbox somebody probably designated it as a Night track and dint put the lights in place.  you may want to try downloading it from somewhere else, as i believe there is a working day version.

N2k2 add-on tracks work in 2k3. Add sky.3do from the "shared.dat".  If using OGL, add the shared.dat version of horiz.3do or a horiz.3do from a 2k2 night track.  Some tracks need additional files to fix the sunglare: c_environ.mip and s_environ.mip. 

Basically, unpack shared.dat (from ...nascar racing 2003 season/tracks/shared) with winmip2 and drop the file called sky.3do in the Louisville trackfolder
