Billy Taylor is a former NASCAR driver from Yanceville, NC. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career.

Both came in 1969, when Taylor debuted at Daytona, running in the Daytona 500 qualifier event. He started 22nd in the field, completed all but five laps and finished 14th in the event. It was enough to make the prestigious Daytona event, but had engine issues early and finished 48th as a result.
