steering wheel problems :/

well i dont know if its the wheel or the usb. it wont even register that its plugged in. therefore, i cannot use it in the game. ive tried troubleshooting but that wont work because it says its not even plugged in... thanks if you can help

I get that once in a while, usually I unplug it, plug it back in and reboot.  You could also try re-installing the software.

Could you maybe check the cord?  I had an old wheel that had a short in the cord.  Took it apart and shortened the cord a little, and it worked.  Worth a shot.
