Robert I am confused. You said the " Gary, there is a 31 Cat car with the tracks in the NCTS09 mod in our downloads here.

It has the wing, but could easily be converted to fit the new cup10s.
Isn't the NCTS09 the trucks.  I can't find the mod your talking about with the wing.

I missed that source too!! It's there in my set.
