The DVD is okay, but since I've got all the KISSology sets, it's beginning to look all the same. I think the Sonic Boom package is a great one for a new fan to get new music, familiarize themselves with the old hits, and also to see what the KISS stage show is all about. Can't beat it for $12. Whether it actually generates some new fans remains to be seen.

Wow, that sucks. I've seen them in every Walmart I've been in, but out here that's 200 miles or more between stores. And that's three stores in two states.

I was in Gillette, Wyoming the Sunday before the album came out and their Walmart had posters on the doors advertising a midnight CD release party and KISS costume contest. I was really curious how many people actually showed up for that. Gillette isn't that big and it's in the middle of the desert/prairie a long ways from nowhere. But they had their KISS Korner already set up two days ahead of time. Must have a manager who's a fan.
