LP files, and North angle
« on: 11/02/10, 03:10 PM »
Hey everyone. I was wondering if anybody knew of a way to simply change the dlat values for an existing LP file.

Also, I seem to have worked out how to set track_north_angle in the INI file (degrees anti-clockwise from the "east" as it appears in sandbox), but I'm not sure how to relate/coordinate track_wind_direction and the "sky rotation" setting in sandbox. What I've found on the internet is kind of vague, and looking at the Papy tracks hasn't helped me much either! Anyone have a good way to explain how to set these two values? If it helps, my track_north_angle is set at 90, since North in sandbox really is North. I'd also like the wind to come from the North.

Thanks!

Some of the track guys stop by over here from time to time, but the guys that work on tracks all the time usually hang out at Steve's forum at www.nr2k3tracks.com

You might get a quicker answer over there.
