Urine test?

THE JOB - URINE TEST

(Whoever wrote this one deserves a HUGE pat on the back!)

Like most folks in this country, I have a job.. I work, they pay me.  I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck in my case, I am required to pass a random urine test (with which I have no problem) What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test.

So, here is my Question:  Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?

Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their ass - doing drugs, while I work. . . Can you imagine how much money each state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?

I guess we could title that program, 'Urine or You're Out'.

Pass this along if you agree or simply delete if you don't. Hope you all will pass it along, though.

Something has to change in this country -- and soon!!!!!!!

I didn't write this, got this in an email today, i totally agree... what are your thoughts?

They have tried and failed to pass that in our state legislature(WV) the last 2 years.

Opponents say it is an unreasonable search and discriminates against minorities and poor people.

Can you guess which party sponsored the bill and which party opposes it?

ain't it funny though on how the politicians will come up with those excuses. i'm in the navy, we get random tests all the time. its not discrimination, its just peeing in a cup. only the guilty need worry, everyone else can pee in a cup and go on their way to sittin' on their butt and collecting money. the whole welfare system is abused from its original intent when it was first implemented anyways. it was supposed to help those that didn't have jobs get back on their feet, now  its just a political tool to get votes from the poor and lazy. but if the whole welfare system can't be revamped right now, i'd at least settle for kickin' out the druggies that are on it. now there's a little progressivism for yah.
