OK, here's the deal - It's winter 1940 in the Black Hills of South Dakota and Mount Rushmore is under construction, but won't be finished until next year. There are no color video games of course so our new track, Black Hills Backroads, is you guessed it - black and white! And yes, I said winter.

That's gonna be really cool in black and white Chad. Any thoughts to a black and white carset? And textures as well for the interior?

Yeah, I'm converting my Rushmore Scenic Byway GN69 carset over to black and white. Went the lazy route instead of painting all new ones.  :-[

I don't have a clue how to do textures for the interior. There are several things that don't want to lose their color, but I assumed changing those would basically be making a new mod - woodgrain dashboards, red fire bottles, tint on the windows, etc. I've been able to make black and white pit crews, except for the gas can. It stays red.

I'm also thinking everyone is going think they want the black and white carset, but when they see their colored cars zipping around in the monochrome landscape they will like that too.

well that's cool that you are doing the carset anyway. Don't know if I would invest the time on the MIPS in black and white or not.... :)
