Do you mean the bowtie?
If so, there's This one.
If you're talking about the part above it, it can more-than-likely be made from the Budweiser label I made. That can be found -> Here <- as the text is separate from the banner (to make changing the colors easier). You'll also need the crown from the 1st logo above.

The 1st one I linked to above is a .png with a transparent background. Won't that work?

I thought about making one and then I found the attached. I think that it was done by Alan Harkleroad over at SRD but I don't see it in their 'Resources' section. It may have gotten 'lost' when they re-did their website.

I'd like to give credit to whoever made it, so if you did this and you're out there, say so.
