I can't really tell if you actually found the ASA Modifieds mod by Colby Jack or are still looking for it, but a quick Google search directed me to where you can download it if you want it:

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page under "Miscellaneous Dirt Downloads". It's the bottom download on the page. (You may need to register there to see this and get the download.)
