This is the prosest.

I download the .zip on your post. Then when its done downloading i try to extract it to my NSCS 2010 car's folder. then it says (look at pic)

I know the .car file is there. But it says. "theres nothing to extract."

. I need help.

I get the same thing with both WinRar and WinZip! Errors in the archive, unknown compression method!

Try this one?Not sure what the problem is it opens fine for me.And i dragged and dropped in to my cars folder.
