Need some help!

I was wondering if someone could take this number and make it lean the other way? I have PSP but don't know how to do this. It's an .png file from cooltext.com.  Thanks for your help!

Cleaned up my old graphics card and it's kinda working again...it's acting funny though I think I'm going to have to get a new one! I hate it when that happens!

By the way,  How is this done?  I like finding number designs and using them on my paints. If they lean only one way, it only works on one side of the car. Can this be done in Paintshop Pro?
