I would be able to race here regularly with a buddy of mine if we could have a race night that started later. 9:00 pm EST for practice. 9:45 pm EST for qualifying. And 10:00 pm EST to start the race.

I love racing here. I have fun every time I have raced here and I would love to race here more often and regular.

I dont want to change up the way everyone is doing things just for a couple of guys so that is why I am suggesting another race night maybe on Thursday night and see if there would be any interest.

Stephen, I got your PM's about this topic, and I'm all for getting more racers here, but we just had this discussion 2 weeks ago about this very subject for Sunday Nights and didn't get much response. You can see that discussion here:

We are currently supporting the Whelen series on Wednesday nights at www.simodified.com so I really don't want to see a whelen modified series here as well. I would rather send folks over there for that series as we have in the past.

If you were to try to start another night here, I would prefer to stick with one of the mods that I was a part of making, like the cup 90 mod instead of the aero88 mod. Just my .02.

Keep in mind, Monday nights will be moving to the ASA90 Mod and a short track schedule using CTS physics with any view and aids allowed.

I am very excited to have the ASA back. But I am sad to see the NEW COT go. We all need to get together, do some recruiting and still run the COT's on another night. Them guys put way to much work into, to have it sit on the side and collect dust.

Promotion is a much needed thing Shawn, but whatever you do, stay away from Nascar.com. They are tightly integrated with iRacing.com the official online series for Nascar and have no problem sending sim sites like this a Cease and Desist order. Just ask Shawn B at Masgrafx. He got one from their legal department just for having a Sprint Cup logo available for download. They took down his site for almost a week last year. We don't need any heat like that. I can't afford that type of legal battle.

I am in Pacific Time Zone so any racing done at 10pm EST would be prime time for me.

We had some interest in the Thursday later league with the COT mod, about 8 or 9 comitted I believe and a couple others that could make some races.......
