The #79 Mark Waco Cougar with Donohue's Camaro
Had to come up with a Cougar to do this one..I like it best on the Mustang model, the HEAT VTA mod has a Cougar so it was just a matter of painting this car...

Here's a Cougar template on the 'Cuda chassis I had in my collection for SNSC70!

Ya I have that Temp too, Thanks for throwing that out, I just thought that since the bulk of the Cougar look is that grill, that the Mustang model would serve better. Believe me I tried everything...the C-Pillar on the 'stang is close to the Cougar as well. Here's a shot of that 79 car from the rear....

I came up against this with the 1970 set too, I tried it with the Challenger model for the lone Cougar in that set, I ended up going with a later scheme for that one but here is a shot with it in it's original Challenger model template...it's that #29 greenish-grey car...

I've hit a wall...got them dreaded "painting blahs", no focus, no drive...hope it passes, it's been a good run since December, but I'm feeling a little burnt out, time to hook up the wheel and play around again, that usually brings me back...

It'll pass and things will go on, but I'm not pushing it, just letting it flow by...

Thanks for that dhenn, I know what it is now, it's one of my projects keeps slowing my momentum down, it is needing a lot more work than the others and sucking the enthusiasm out of them all....part of that is because I thought it would be the easiest and it's turning into the most needy of the three...

Stepping back, taking a breath, driving some old car sets and doing as you suggest, just enjoying the racing...
