Title: W.I.P.s - Late Model Hoosiers

Welllllll... the A.D.D. kicked in again. LOL

In the midst of painting some cars, I went off on a tangent again. This is something I've wanted to do for a number of years. So, a couple of years ago I started to take pictures of Late Model tires and wheels. The problem was in getting photos that were workable. Not only did I have to battle glare and shadows, but I also had to make sure my shots were straight on, or else it just wouldn't look right. Tonight I started throwing something together only to find out that I had parts of this already done. I still need to figure out why that little bit of black is around the circumference plus "spin" them. What do you think?

Absolutely.  I just have to figure out where the black patches on the "tread" is coming from.

Ron, I was hoping there was a place to add treads.  But I think the whole area around the tire is tread I think.

I think that is the tire bead. I wouldn't worry about it, it's supposed to be there.

I haven't been home much in the past two weeks.  So, needless to say, I haven't done any painting.  But, I did make it to Jennerstown this past Saturday and got decent shots of American Racers and McCrearys.  So, when I get but to this little project, I'll have a variety of tire and wheel combinations to post.
