Just saw this site and thought that the render guys might like to use a few of these for street cars or something. http://amper.ped.muni.cz/light/images/pardubice/list.en.htm

Well, since im not going to bother with renders in 3ds max, i thought id try some in carviewer. not exactly great quality, but for it being carviewer, i think this aint too bad.

That ain't bad at all for carviewer! Have you ever tried Z-Modeler v1.7 over at BCRacing Designs they rave about it and they have scenes for CoT and NTS09 and NNS08 I believe!

just installed it, tried to run it but it says... This application has failed to start because the application confuguration is incorrect, reinstalling the application may fix this problem. ive reinstalled it like 3-4 times now... what should i do. I think its version 2.2.2 or something like that.

You want to get the earlier version v1.7 they say that's the best of the bunch! Just Google for zmodeler 1.7 or go look over at BCRacing Designs for more info on it! I do know they recommend the earlier version as the best!
