PSP7 Question

I downloaded some 2048 09 NCTS templates. Whenever I attempt to open them in PaintShop Pro 7 I get this error.

"An unidentified error has occurred--565"



Is this because PSP7 is too old of a version?

that happens with certain templates. if you get psp8 that wont happen. the person who made the template used photoshop and certain features that photoshop has to do it. psp7 doesnt have those features, therefore wont open it. if you get psp8 the template will open, but whatever was on the template that used those features wont be there.

I found some different 2048 res trk temps that I can use with PSP7.
