Font help needed

Anyone know what this font is?  I have seen it, and think I have it at work, but can't think of the name to save my life.  And by the way, the font I am remembering is solid and smooth edges, not jagged like the one I posted.  The one I posted is just a low quality scan.  Thanks in advance for any help!

I can't say that I've ever seen a font like that. I can think of several that are sorta-kinda close but none with those particular characteristics.

I went outside once. The graphics weren't all that great.
I suffer from CDO. It's like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!
