Title: An update to the series_flagger.mip file

Hi folks...
I corrected a small flaw in the series_flagger.mip file's gas can that had multiple Sunoco logos on it and, as long as I was playing in there anyway, I created a new floor jack. What the series_flagger.mip file covers is the crew men with the gas can & the floor jack. Why it's attached to a NASCAR official is beyond me but that's Papyrus for ya.
