Those tracks are not made as of yet. And I don't believe there are any track makers that are interested in tackling any of the Indiana tracks, so I doubt any of them are in the process at this time either. I am dedicated to making Michigan's short tracks, but I would love to see some Indiana tracks, so who knows...
I had the Angola beta track at one time, too. It was too big and it was only a beta, so there was none of the Angola characteristics installed in it yet. I am somewhat interested in making Angola, I just haven't spent the time to search for enough photos to build it.
I looked into creating Anderson a while back, but it's such a tight little bullring that I think I would run into many AI issues with it. Also, the biggest turn off for making it would be trying to locate where to put pit road. It also would require making many new custom track side objects. A project like Anderson would probably take me a good year or so to complete, so I decided against it.
Plymouth.... well I have looked into this one for the past couple days and I would have to say that it would be a really good possibility that I might build it. There isn't a lot of eye candy that I would have to make and the layout looks very simple. Only issue is that I haven't found any information on banking.
