I do to   I told Bill about it and he is checking it out. I only get it on crome and firefox  Internet Explorer is ok

Internet Explorer is the worst browser to use because you can get virus's no matter what anti-virus program you use.

It also may just be something as simple as his not paying his server bill. Or renew his domain name. I've had that happen to me when I didn't get a renewal notice and forgot to put a giant Post-It on the calendar to remind me.
