Put the file (trackmat) into the Atlanta 1997 track folder. Changes the wall color to red and white stripes.

He is looking for Martinsville 1990,not Atlanta.You need Martinsville 1998 then put the trackmat folder in the Martinsville 98 folder and your all set.

I went outside once. The graphics weren't all that great.

Yes, Martinsville 98.It is a texture update only,so I'm assuming the track looked pretty much the same in 1998 as it did in 1990 with the exception of billboards and the color of the walls.
