so i figured out what about them i dont like, there are no runoff areas or curbs(like mid ohio, no run off spot in the keyhole just a wall right at the edge), so its hard to get into the race for me, is there a way to alter the tracks to make a run off and curbs? if so them look out ill have updates for a few tracks!

I would suggest you get to know the guys over at http://www.nr2k3tracks.com and join the forum there. That's pretty much the last place standing for active track makers for NR2003. If they can't help you, no one can.
