Seems it has every track you're looking for except Saint Joviet.

DEI Racing has a number of what are labeled 'OWR Tracks' (Chicagoland, Detroit Belle Isle, Homestead, Indy, Infineon, Iowa Night, Kentucky, Mid Ohio, Milwaukee Mile, Nashville Night, St. Pete '06 & Watkins Glen) . What that means specifically is beyond me (there really isn't an explanation) but I'm thinking it has something to do with grip.

In case you aren't already, you'll have to register to be able to access them. One of the handful of sites where I really believe it's worth it to register (805 .car files, 573 tracks, etc.).

I guess I'd better update my post before I get jumped all over too...
I have absolutely no idea who or what a 'Noonan' conversations is. I'm just supplying a link to a site that I knew of that had 'OWR' tracks. If those aren't the ones you're looking for then I don't know what to tell you.

There is another site with a long list of tracks marked as OWR tracks, whether or not they have anything to do with noonan or not I have no idea, just figured I would pass that link along in case you haven't searched there yet.

Actually, it's really simple to convert a regular NR03 track into one suitable for OWR. All you need to do is add a PTA section to your Track.ini, copy the regular grip section, paste it under PTA and increase the grip to about 1.6 or so or whatever best suits the track. By adding the PTA part to the .ini, you can increase the grip for the open wheelers without effecting the CTS, GNS or CUP physics. Now you can run both the Indycar mod with the correct grip and still have all of your other mods uneffected as well.

I can't remember what exactly to add to the ini for seperate physics, but it this it was something simple like just [PTA] or [CUP].
