how to turn a jpeg into a tga

how do i do it, can i post the jpeg here and have somebody give it back to me as a tga. normally i would open it up in psp then save it as a tga. but now i dont have psp or really anything so im lost...

I can do that for you if you want me to.  Or you could try google.  There may be a free graphic converter out there.  Just type in jpg to tga converter and see what comes up.

A good one is a program called "PAINT NET"..  It is FREE and does a great job.  Open the JPG, BMP or what ever you have and save it as a TGA.
