The ones that were released when the mod 1st came out are available at:
http://www.desmodsracing.com/download/dmrcup12/
They cover 1024, 2048, SS, ST, PSP & PSD...which is just about everything.
If you're looking for 2013 temps...as far as I know the answer is 'No' and I doubt that you'll see any unless someone takes it upon themselves to make them.

There's a 2013 Fusion template but it's just an update to an existing template with new lights and grills!

Not really Sage. Scott released the Fusion template many, many months and web sites ago. ;)
