I'm not sure but I think that might be one of those homemade fonts...but like I said i'm not sure.

Unfortuately I can't help you unless you can come up with a better image...larger or straighter or less 'warpy' would be a start. What business is the 'STAR' for?

And my guess on it is that it's not a 'font' in the truest sense at all, but whatever sprung out of the sign guys mind. It looks hand painted to me.
