Topic: 1962 Impala?

Hello, all!

Does anyone happen to know if ever a 1962 Impala template was made for the GN63 mod? I'd like to make a car based on the Impala my brother and his dad owns. Thanks!

I don't know about the GN63 mod, but I have some stuff for an Outlaw that I made, and have another template I found somewhere, but can't remember for what mod.  My dad has a '62 Bel Air, so I did the Outlaw.  I'll see if I can get that stuff posted, maybe it'll work for you.

I am SOOOO sorry I forgot this!!!  Here's what I have.  The '62 Outlaw stuff I did from photos I found on Google.  The folder inside is from a Street Stock mod Sled template I found somewhere by Jerry Lepage.  Let me know if you need any help on this stuff.

No problem, Skot! Thanks for putting this stuff together. I did end up starting my own template, but I might be able to use some of the elements from the stuff you uploaded. I'll credit properly if I do. Thanks again!

Here is a work in progress of what I've completed so far. (This is the SS version, there is also a non-SS version with minor differences.) It's pretty much done aside from a few details, and I still need to make it into a universal template for anyone who might want to use it. Credits go to Sim Thunder for a few elements from the original 1963 template, google for the various photos, and me for the shading and vector work.

Thanks guys! If anyone's interested, the finalized template is now available on my Web site. On the cars page click on "Jump to templates for NASCAR Racing 2003 Season." I had a lot of fun making this, but it sure was a lot of work!
