Finishing off a logo?

I can't seem to get the "FRESH FOOD" and "MADE TO ORDER" text to look right in GIMP... do any of you guys think you could get it done?

The text is all I need, everything else is covered.

I don't have time to play with it right now (buried in work for the GNRS) but off the top of my head it looks like a square serif version of Copperplate that I've never seen before. Maybe someone's knock-off version or something.

I went outside once. The graphics weren't all that great.
I suffer from CDO. It's like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!
