 ???Is there a dirt tire mip file that you could install to a mod for example Outlaw late model so I could run these cars on dirt or does it matter?

The tire doesn't matter if you run dirt or asphalt... the 'feel' is built into the track.

You could run cup cars on the dirt tracks the same as any other mod.
