Another NSCS COT by me. Once again I made a Halo COT, which is simple. I wanted an extravagant paint scheme, but this was easier and simple is nice I suppose. BTW, you guys know hat note on the dashboard in the cockpit? well I edited it and replaced it with a halo message in halo font =D
