Ohio/Indiana tracks

I believe there was once a thread somewhere for Columbus and Angola? Did these ever get made? How about Anderson Speedway? I ran flamboro a couple nights ago and thought it needed banking some graphics and maybe an inside pit road. Just another thought... what about Lancaster or Holland or an update to Sunset?

I know there was an Angola race track in the works along with columbus... but it just seemed to die... not sure why.
