how can i get my renders with chrome rims?

to be more particular, i am using the NCTS 09 brazil render scene file from this site. i just cant figure out how to turn the wheels chrome.. its messin with me because its an object, but the tire is wrapped as a material, just not into the hub of the wheel.. IM LOST! hehe.

Ok, so i'm retarded.. the wheel color is coming from the flat template of the whole truck.. BUT, i still cant get it really reflective chrome..

Paint your wheels on the temp with a chrome gradient fill! That will make them chrome ingame!

I have spent many hours on chrome for renders, have 4 materials depending on environment used. can be seen in the forums at teamom3ga.
chrome is often a personel choice as to how it looks.
