ZModeler help needed

Hey guys and gals... does anyone know why I would get this error message when trying to open ZModeler2?  It worked fine on my old laptop and desktop (Windows 7 Pro), now with the new one I keep getting this message.

I get the same error after I switched from Win7 to Win8.1. I had to go back to Zmod 1.07, it works just fine.
