Does anyone have a psd layered version of the #90 that Dick Trickle ran for Junie Donlavey back in the late 90's?

I think so but it has thinner outline.  I found a picture from his 1998 car.

Clear the outline? Can you please explain. It also needs to not be as tall.

Hayden, you really need to learn the basics of a paint program... everything you requested could have been done very easily by opening up the HELP menu inside the program.

Sorry, haven't had much time to learn photoshop or gimp. I use paint.net right now since its the only thing that doesn't really lag on my laptop. Once I save up enough money, I will definately have a fast enough desktop to work in photoshop or gimp.
