does anybody know where i can find some lmpv2 1996-1999 chevy monte carlo templates at?

I dont think they actually made one...although I have this file in one of my several folders and it has like all these diffrent front lights, and the montes you mentioned I think those years are on there. Like I said I dont know where I got it maybe somebody can tell you where and you can make it. I hope this helps!

There's an Outlaw template for that year Monte Carlo.  You could use the front end stuff from it to make your own car.

There was a '99 MC template that went on a Ford model.  I wasn't too crazy about it.  I tried to make my own.  You can see it at the 1:52 mark of this video.
