Try turning your sound card to 8-10 sounds at once, try turning off a few of the graphic details (like some of the shadows) or reduce the mirror detail, drawing distance, world or opponent quality, or number of visible opponents, I only have about 1/2 dozen visible behind me. Frame rate depends on amount of RAM, video card, sound card and processor speed. It is mainly trial and error to find what works with your system.
