If you have a specific car you want upgraded from v1 to v2 just open a new request in the paint scheme request thread and if the original painter is still here and wants to do it, he will help you out. If he's not here, or doesn't have the layered scheme any longer, it will probably need to be redone since a lot of things moved around on the template.
